What school districts is your property located in?

Our community is located within the Elkhorn Public Schools district.

Elkhorn Middle School: 3200 N 207^th Plaza

Westridge Elementary: 3100 N 206^th St.

Hillrise Elementary: 20110 Hopper St.

Elkhorn High School: 1401 Veterans Drive

What is the pet policy, pet fees, restrictions, etc.?

Capriana is a pet friendly community! For pets, there is a non-refundable pet deposit charged at time of move in, per pet. We do not have pet rent here at Capriana. We do not have weight restrictions, however we do have breed restrictions. Please contact our team for more information on restricted breeds. We would be happy to help!

How does parking work?

Every apartment home includes a garage, whether it is attached or detached. Most of our floorplans also will have a numbered parking space or a driveway as well. There is also open parking throughout the community for guests or extra vehicles to park in!

How do I apply?

Our application is online! Visit our Floorplans page on our website (caprianahomes.com), and locate the “Apply Now” or “Lease Now” button, and continue from there!

Why are there 2 different prices? What is base rent?

At Capriana, our pricing is all inclusive, meaning there is base rent, which is what you would typically what you see for rent, as well as we have an all-inclusive utility package. This takes the guess work out of budgeting your monthly expenses, and provides transparency into the monthly cost of living here at Capriana. This package includes everything except for electricity. Electricity is individually billed through OPPD. This package covers water, sewer, trash, valet trash, garage, pet rent (if applicable, it is covered by this), amenity fees, community fees, high speed 200 x 200 fiber internet,

What lease term options are offered?

We offer 12-18 month leases.

Are washer and dryer included?

Yes! All of our apartment homes include a washer and dryer.

How do I make payments? Do you accept/use Flex?

Rent can be paid a variety of ways. We have the resident app, via certified funds, online, and through Flex rental payment options.

Do you have extra garages that can be rented?

Yes, however availability is limited. Contact our team for more information!
